Corot Noir Grapes
A new Geneva Program release. The vine is vigorous and very productive. Midwinter 50% bud kill at -15.1 F. Late ripening mid October. Requires some cluster thinning. Purchasing this variety requires the signing of a Non-Distribution Testing Agreement with Cornell University. Produces a highly ranked vinous, vinifera type wine.
There is a $0.85 royalty fee per vine for this variety for New York State customers, $1.05 royalty fee for all other purchasers of this variety.
Currently Ecce Vineyards is not licensed to sell this variety we hope to be licensed to sell it by 2010.
