Grapevine Pricing:		Shipping and Handling:
1 to 10 vines: $7.50 11 to 50 vines: $5.00 51 to 100 vines: $4.25 101 to 500 vines: $3.50 501 and up: $3.00		up to $15: $8 $15 to $25: $12 $26 to $50: $18 $51 to $100: $25 $101 to $250: $32 $251 to $500: $36 $501 to $1000: $40 Over $1000: 4.5% of the total cost of the vines

Royalty Fees:
* Marquette, La Crescent and Frontenac Gris - Add $0.50 royalty fee per vine
* Frontenac - Add $0.25 royalty fee per vine

Payment

Orders will be invoiced at the start of December or within seven days if ordered after December 1st. Orders under $250 will be required to pay in full upon being invoiced. Orders over $250 will be required to pay 50$ upon being invoiced with the balance due by April 15th. Payments must be received for shipment.

Checks should be made to the order of: Ecce Vineyards We do not currently accept credit card payments. * This address is NOT the address of the vineyard. It is a residence that serves as the business office for Ecce. Please do not travel to this address looking for a vineyard.

Shipping Method

Shipments are mailed by United States Postal Service priority mail. All paid in full orders will be shipped the first week of May unless requested otherwise.

* We do not ship to Washington, Oregon or California.

* We do not ship outside the continental United States.

Cancellations

No Cancellations after January 1st. Cancellations after January 1st will forfeit all money paid.

WARRANTY

We guarantee that plants purchased from Ecce Vineyards will grow and be true to variety. We will replace any plants for which this is not true.

• Vines must be planted and provided with adequate water or warranty is void.
• Vines must be planted by the end of the first week of June of the year they were recieved.
• It is mutually agreed that this is the total extent of our liability involving any matter concerning our product.
• Claims must be made by September 1st of the year they were planted.
• Warranty only covers replacement of vines under no circumstances will Ecce Vineyards liability exceed the value of the vines purchased.
